Referral Program
Referral Fees & Payment Terms

The Referrer shall receive a fee of $500 per qualified referral, paid via money order unless alternative terms are mutually agreed upon in writing prior to the referral being submitted.

Payment shall be issued no later than eleven (11) calendar days following the successful installation of the referred customer's solar system.

In the event that a referred customer signs an agreement but is subsequently disqualified for any reason, or if the project is cancelled prior to final installation, no referral fee shall be owed or paid.

Referral fees are contingent upon the referred individual being a new, previously unregistered prospect with PlugPV. Clinton Bates reserves the right to determine qualification status in accordance with PlugPV's standard guidelines.

These terms are subject to change. Any modifications will be communicated in writing prior to taking effect.
